The House of Esther, in Flint Michigan, provides a home for young pregnant women and their children. Moreover, the organisation provides support and access to education, thereby providing a greater chance of a happier, more independent future for both the mothers and their children. Importantly, this program has proven to be highly effective at preventing mothers and children from being separated.
The House of Esther is being threatened by real estate developers and others that wish to repurpose their lodgings – a previously abandoned nunnery – as well as back taxes the city claims are owed. WE, the crypto community will not allow this to continue.
PHILOSOPHY
We believe that there is a path of purpose, success and destiny for all those whom the world statistically deemed as a loss. The voices and experiences of our youth can be restored and lives equipped to be a positive impact for their communities.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide holistic services for homeless mothers, their children, pregnant mothers, and at-risk youth. The House of Esther is committed to empowering youth and young adults while promoting economic sustainability and independence through education along with technical and vocational training.
